GPU prices on Amazon move constantly. New launches push down last-gen prices, retailers undercut each other, and
Amazon itself reprices daily based on demand. This page surfaces every card that has dropped at least 3% below
its 14-day peak price, ranked by discount size. The Value Score column tells you whether the
deal is actually worth taking: a big percentage drop on a slow card is less useful than a smaller drop on a
high-performance GPU.
All prices are live from Amazon United Kingdom. Cards listed as Used or Renewed are sold through Amazon's marketplace and
carry Amazon's standard return window or the Renewed 90-day guarantee.

How We Score GPU Deals
Two numbers matter on this page: the Drop % and the Value Score.
Drop % is the price reduction against the highest price recorded in the last 14 days — it tells you how big the deal is.
Value Score tells you whether the GPU itself is worth buying at that price.
Value Score (0–100) = performance per dollar × 10, capped at 100.
It is based on a weighted composite of the GPU's TimeSpy gaming benchmark and compute throughput (TFLOPs).
A score of 90+ is Excellent. 75–89 is Good. 60–74 is Fair. Below 60 is Poor.
The ideal deal combines a meaningful Drop % with a high Value Score. A 25% drop on a card with a Value Score
of 40 is rarely better than a 5% drop on a card scoring 95. Both columns together tell the full story.
Price drop % is calculated against the highest price recorded in the last 14 days.
All prices from Amazon United Kingdom. Prices change frequently; always verify on Amazon before purchasing.

What Makes a Good GPU Deal?
A discount alone does not make something a deal. A GPU that drops from $500 to $460 (8% off) on a card
with mediocre benchmark scores is worse value than a GPU holding steady at $350 with twice the performance.
The best GPU deals combine three things: a meaningful price drop, strong benchmark performance for the price
tier, and adequate VRAM for your target resolution.
- Gaming at 1080p: look for 8 GB+ VRAM and a Value Score of 75+. Budget cards in the $150–$300 range frequently appear here after new-gen releases push prices down.
- Gaming at 1440p: aim for 12 GB+ VRAM and a Value Score of 65+. Cards like the RX 7800 XT and RTX 4070 regularly hit deal prices in this range.
- 4K gaming: prioritise raw performance over value score. Cards with a Performance Index above 80 (RTX 4080, RX 7900 XTX, RTX 5070 Ti) are the realistic minimum for 4K at 60 FPS.
- AI / local LLMs: VRAM matters most. A 24 GB card at any discount is worth considering if you run local models. See the AI GPU table.
When Do GPU Prices Drop?
GPU prices fall most predictably around a handful of events. New GPU generation launches cause the sharpest
and longest-lasting price drops on previous-gen cards, typically within 4–8 weeks of a new launch. Amazon
Prime Day (July) and Black Friday / Cyber Monday (November) produce the widest selection of discounts but
not always the deepest on any single card. Mid-cycle cuts happen when NVIDIA or AMD announces a new SKU
between major generations, pushing down prices on adjacent cards.
Used and renewed GPU prices fluctuate more rapidly than new listings and are less tied to calendar events.
Bookmark this page and check back after any major GPU announcement for the fastest-moving deals.
Frequently Asked Questions
When do GPU prices drop on Amazon?
Prices drop most sharply when a new GPU generation launches (previous-gen cards fall within 4–8 weeks)
and during major Amazon sales events: Prime Day (July) and Black Friday / Cyber Monday (November).
Mid-cycle SKU announcements from NVIDIA and AMD also trigger repricing on adjacent models. This page
tracks drops daily, so checking back regularly is the best way to catch them as they happen.
What is a good discount percentage on a GPU?
A drop of 5% is worth noting. 10–15% is a solid deal. 20%+ is exceptional on a new card. Used and
renewed GPUs show larger swings. This page flags any card that has dropped at least 3% below its
14-day peak, so you see every meaningful move without noise.
Is it safe to buy a renewed GPU on Amazon?
Amazon Renewed GPUs are tested to work like new and come with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
If the card does not meet your expectations, Amazon handles the return. For third-party used sellers,
check the seller rating (look for 95%+ positive feedback) and confirm a return window exists before buying.
How often does this page update?
Price data is pulled from Amazon United Kingdom daily. Deal rankings reflect the latest price compared against the
highest price recorded in the last 14 days. A GPU that drops overnight will appear here the next day.
How is the Value Score calculated?
Value Score (0–100) = performance per dollar × 10, capped at 100. Performance is a weighted composite
of TimeSpy gaming benchmark (70%) and compute throughput in TFLOPs (30%). The score updates daily as
prices change. See the full scoring methodology for more detail.
